Terms and Conditions for Using RideSafe Services

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the RideSafe mobile application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
RideSafe provides a rider safety platform that includes:
- Real-time location tracking during rides
- Automatic fall detection using device sensors
- Emergency contact notification
- Route planning and sharing
- Live ride tracking
3. USER OBLIGATIONS
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the security of your account password
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not abuse emergency features for false alarms
- Ensure emergency contacts have consented to receive notifications
4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
RideSafe is a supplementary safety tool and DOES NOT GUARANTEE accident prevention or emergency response. Fall detection may be inaccurate, and notifications may fail due to network conditions.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
- Free Plan: Basic features with limitations
- Premium Plans: Advanced features with monthly/yearly billing
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Refunds in accordance with our refund policy
6. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pula, Croatia.
